Our work is at the center of social impact and leadership development, ensuring we support leaders with driving their organizations forward, while also building new skills, mindsets, and behaviors to support the work.

❋ $1 Million Dollars in Funding

We supported a collaborative of 7 housing organizations in understanding the challenges homeowners face and identified 4 co-created interventions that received $1 million in funding with the goal of reducing disparities in homeownership.

Across several sectors, we supported the design, pilot, and implementation of several innovative initiatives across multiple sectors.

We center engaging directly impacted community members with lived experience in co-designing new initiatives and interventions.
