Megan M McClendon is a leader in innovation and leadership development with over 15 years of experience driving positive change across diverse sectors. As the founder and principal strategist of New Views Consulting, she leads a studio that brings together human-centered design, strategic innovation, and cross-sector collaboration to help organizations create sustainable, scalable solutions to complex challenges.

Supported by a curated network of expert collaborators and subject matter specialists, Megan designs and guides each engagement, ensuring clients receive the right perspectives, skills, and capacity at exactly the right moment.
