New Views partnered with Morgridge Family Foundation to co-design their MAP Fellowship kickoff event, prioritizing relationship building, developing leadership skills and building a foundation for their 6 month challenge work.
The MAP Fellowship is a six-month program for early-to-mid-career changemakers passionate about social impact and looking to enhance their professional skills, widen their network, and collaborate with influential nonprofit executives, known as MAP Mentors. Each mentor presents a real-world challenge currently facing their nonprofit that a matched MAP Fellow commits to solving.
Relationship Building
Through intentional design, fellows and mentors formed meaningful connections that set the foundation for collaboration, trust, and peer support throughout the fellowship.
Immersive Experiences
Experiential learning opportunities helped fellows deepen their understanding of leadership and navigating challenges, emphasizing the role of context, culture, and lived experiences in driving meaningful impact.
