How might we build deep relationships, new leadership skills and positive impact through the MAP Fellowship kickoff event?

Empowering Future Social Impact Leaders

New Views partnered with Morgridge Family Foundation to co-design their MAP Fellowship kickoff event, prioritizing relationship building, developing leadership skills and building a foundation for their 6 month challenge work.

The MAP Fellowship is a six-month program for early-to-mid-career changemakers passionate about social impact and looking to enhance their professional skills, widen their network, and collaborate with influential nonprofit executives, known as MAP Mentors. Each mentor presents a real-world challenge currently facing their nonprofit that a matched MAP Fellow commits to solving.
